The fund is an initiative of community leaders from the west coast of cape town, who are working in direct partnership with our three amazing ward councillors from the west coast area. The 3 councillors include ward councillor nora grose (subcouncil 1 chairperson, ward 23 councillor), nicky rheeder (subcouncil 3, ward 107 councillor), and dr. Joy solomon (ward 113 councillor).
